The Arcadia Foundation joins the struggle of many international institutions and non-governmental organizations that dedicate their efforts to the promotion and protection of the international community. It is a duty of the international community, as a whole, that we share fully with our actions in favor of the full enjoyment of human rights.
The Arcadia Foundation reiterates its deepest and heartfelt concern for the very serious situation in which Venezuela is going through at this time, that afar a crisis, it has become a catastrophe that not only endangers the life and physical integrity of Venezuelans, but also its internal stability and, beyond that, the stability, peace and security of the region.
On March 31, 2017, Robert Carmona-Borjas, CEO of Arcadia Foundation, submitted a letter to Henry Ramos Allup to request a report about the political crisis of Venezuela and the state of human rights in the country. He also stated that such report should be sent to the Secretary General of the Organization of American States.

On March 1, 2017, Robert Carmona-Borjas, CEO of Arcadia Foundation, submitted a letter to Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OEA), concerning Venezuelan Court’s Sentence on National Assembly, which has been dissolved by decree of the Court.
On February 8, 2017, Arcadia Foundation submitted a letter to Luis Almagro, Secretary General of the Organization of the American States, in which it was requested the activation of the Inter-American Democratic Charter against the Venezuelan regime after violating all democratic agreements.
